My name is Zafar Iqbal. I am an independent Mortgage Agent (FSRA License #M15001641). I am working with TMG- The Mortgage Group- Ontario as a Mortgage Agent since 2015.

With my accounting, taxation, banking, and financial sector experience, I have been helping my clients for the last 20+ years. I conduct an in-depth need analysis for every client. Thus, I can help you find the right mortgage solution matching your unique financial needs.

My Mortgage license allows me to offer mortgage-related services in Ontario. I have been helping clients mostly in the Greater Golden Horseshoe region of southern Ontario. The majority of my clients are from GTA, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington, Kitchener, Waterloo, Brantford, Hamilton, Stoney Creek, Grimsby, and Niagara Falls areas. TMG has a network of mortgage agents in other provinces. Hence if you are moving to another location due to a new job or relocation, I can also help you secure a mortgage for the properties in the other provinces as well.

The Mortgage Group has access to more than 50 Lenders. That includes some “A” lenders such as TD Bank, Scotia Bank, First National Bank, and a lot of “B” lenders and private lenders. We also have some lenders who offer small loans for home renovations. I can find the most suitable solution for your mortgage needs with access to such a wide variety of lenders. I can arrange both Residential and Commercial mortgages.
